At AdvertoFire, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality advertising solutions tailored to your needs. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services or experience unforeseen issues, our refund policy ensures a fair resolution.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Service Non-Delivery:

    • If the promised service is not initiated or delivered due to reasons attributable to AdvertoFire, you are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Cancellation by Client:

    • Refunds for cancellations made by clients will depend on the timeline:

      • Within 48 Hours of Payment: Full refund, excluding applicable transaction charges.

      • After 48 Hours and Before Service Execution: Partial refund based on the proportion of the work completed.

      • After Service Execution Begins: No refund, as resources are already allocated.

  3. Service Dissatisfaction:

    • If you believe the service delivered does not align with the agreed terms, you may request a refund within 7 days of service completion. Refunds in such cases will be processed after reviewing the scope of work and delivery metrics.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services that are fully executed and delivered as agreed.

  • Dissatisfaction arising due to unclear or incomplete client inputs.

  • Additional services or features not included in the initial agreement.

  • Issues caused by external factors (e.g., client’s failure to provide timely approvals or materials).

Process for Refund Requests

  1. Submit a formal request via email to support@advertofire.com with your order details, proof of payment, and a clear explanation of the issue.

  2. The refund request will be acknowledged within 2 business days.

  3. Our team will review the request and communicate the resolution within 7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
