After 48 Hours and Before Service Execution: Partial refund based on the proportion of the work completed.

After Service Execution Begins: No refund, as resources are already allocated.

If you believe the service delivered does not align with the agreed terms, you may request a refund within 7 days of service completion. Refunds in such cases will be processed after reviewing the scope of work and delivery metrics.
